Welcome to the Parkstone School of Traditional Karate (PSTK) Goju Ryu Karate dojo led by Sensei Andy Barber 5th Dan IOGKF.

The School was founded in Parkstone, Poole in 1994 to teach Traditional Goju Ryu Karate Do to the highest standards.

Childrens Classes:-

Our junior classes teach much more than kicking and punching.

We appreciate that in today’s world, parents need extra help reinforcing respect, courtesy and self-discipline. These are part of everyday lessons at our school.

Adult Classes:-

Training in Goju Ryu Karate-do will improve your concentration and give you heightened awareness.

You don’t have to be in shape to start, we will gradually build your fitness and ability.
